IOL: SA listed among UK’s top 10 traffic offenders

According to a recent name-and-shame list released by the British foreign office, various embassies in the capital owe a massive £1 million (about R11m) in unpaid fines.

The SA High Commission is one of the biggest transgressors, with £122 590 (about R1.3m) in fines outstanding.
